Headed to Oklahoma City State Fair Park for a big event?

How would you like to pull in and unload horses into prepared stalls?  No more horses standing on the trailer after a long day while you get stalls ready.  After a day of driving you can relax a bit and enjoy the move in.

How can this be possible....read on. 

Stall set up:

I will get your stall assignments from the show manager and call you with your barn and stall numbers to eliminate that step for you.

Next your stalls will be checked for nails, broken boards, latches working.

We will make sure the stall is clean, no manure or shavings from the previous horse hiding in the corners. 

All stall surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant.  Our choice is Nolvasan.

If you prepay your shavings order from the on site vendor I will call for delivery of the shavings and bed the stalls for you.  This step can sometimes be very time consuming while you wait for them to deliver shavings.

Fees:

1-5 stalls $20 each

6-10 stalls $15 each

Need more than 10 stalls ask for a quote.

Please reserve this service early by calling or e-mailing with your event dates.  I need 50% down payment, you can use Paypal (allows you to use a credit card with my Paypal account) or you can mail your payment.  I'll meet with you at State Fair Park after you arrive for the balance.

 Hired Hand Service

Not traveling with help?  Enjoy your show experience more with a little help.  You can have a "Hired Hand" by the hour during the show.  Depending on your needs I can provide you with stall cleaning, tack cleaning, bathing horses, night time security etc.  You decide what you need and the hours you need help.

Basic fees $10 / hr

I have over 30 years of horse ownership experience.  This includes running my own breeding operation for a number of years.  This of course means I've handled stallions and foals. I've handled many youngsters as well.  For 2 years I worked for a major Arabian breeding farm doing all the stallion handling and halter breaking of foals.
